One Bird in the Nest
Yes, I will admit that I have begun to have thoughts about how fast time is passing and that my nest will be empty pretty soon. Graduation is fast approaching for Jamie. As each letter and reminder arrives in the mail, I tell myself, it is much to soon to get sappy over an empty nest. Kynn assures me that the "fun has just begun." We'll be just like newlyweds.....BROKE!" (We'll have three in college) So, we are enjoying our days with Jamie while we have them.

Later
John 13:7 says something that keeps ringing in my ears.
Jesus replied, "You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand."
Later.
LATER.
L.A.T.E.R. We WILL understand.

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. ................
Mr. and Mrs. FloydKynn and I took a rode trip to Anderson on Tues. to visit with Christopher. It is so nice that it is not too far away. Of course, we had to go check on Floyd. He was sticking pretty close to the Mrs. (we still are not 100% sure that Floyd is a Mr.) We are hoping that springtime will let us know for sure which is the "momma" and which is the "daddy". Yes we are hoping for some babies. We KNOW that this is Floyd by his ankle tag. :)All the ducks decided that even though it was extremely cold, they still could sneak in one game of "Duck, Duck, Goose". Check out Mr. Goose in the upper right hand corner of the photo.
Just hanging out! Life is good. Floyd has never been happier.
This is the thawing pond. Christopher told us that it had been completely frozen last week. Fun times, and good memories with FLOYD THE DUCK!

Yes, Christopher is doing fine. We went out to dinner and had a great visit.
