Sweet and Juicy

It' that time of year again. Time to pick our satumas. Each spring we inspect our two trees to see if we have any fruit. We watch all summer long as the fruit begins to form and grow. Each year around this time, we have to watch the temp. to make sure it is not going to freeze. Satsumas just don't like cold weather. Watching the forecast this afternoon, seeing that it might freezer tonight and tomorrow night, I decided that I would go harvest the crop. I was able to get most of them. There are about 2 dozen left on the tree and Kynn will pick those tomorrow for us. Of all of our belongings at our home, this is one of my favorites. Delish!

Suzanne,

It is like a tangerine. It is really sweet and good. Want to try some? Will you be at church on Sunday?
